Teletherapy
Teletherapy enables you to attend therapy sessions remotely via video or telephone, offering flexibility and comfort while maintaining the same high level of professional care. All you need is a stable internet or phone connection and a private, comfortable space where you feel safe to talk.
Sessions can be accessed using a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a secure session link via email. Joining the session is simple and requires just one click. If the video is unavailable or interrupted, sessions can continue via phone. All sessions are confidential and are not recorded or stored
Couples & Family Teletherapy
Teletherapy is also effective for couples and family sessions. Participants may join from the same location using one device, or from different locations using individual devices. All participants will be connected within the same secure session, allowing for collaborative and effective therapeutic work.
Preparing for Your Video Session
To make the most of your session, please consider the following:
Choose a quiet and private space where you won’t be interrupted
Ensure your internet connection is stable
Close other apps or programs that may affect audio or video quality
Using headphones or earphones is recommended for better sound and privacy
A laptop or desktop is preferred for smoother video sessions, though phones can also be used.
If video sessions are not accessible for you, therapy can still be conducted via phone.
Steps to Book a Session
Step 1: Choose Your Counselling Type
Select the counselling service that best suits your concern. If you are unsure which counselling to choose, you may select Individual Counselling.
Step 2: Click on “Book Your Session”
Once you have selected the counselling type, click on the Book Your Session button.
Step 3: Fill in the Required Details
Complete the booking form by filling in all the necessary details mentioned.
Step 4: Choose Your Preferred Time Slot
Select a convenient date and time for your counselling session.
Step 5: Receive Confirmation
Your session confirmation will be shared with you within 3 hours after completing the booking.

My therapeutic approach is informed by attachment theory and psychodynamic perspectives, with an emphasis on helping clients gain insight into their interpersonal patterns, internal conflicts, and ways of managing difficult emotions. I integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailoring each session to the individual’s unique needs and goals.
I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. My aim is to provide a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients feel understood, validated, and supported in being their authentic selves.
My work is grounded in a client-centred and culturally sensitive approach, supporting meaningful healing and personal growth.

I am a Counseling Psychologist with 7–8 years of experience, supporting 5,000+ clients through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. My training includes Clinical Psychology (Neuropsychology), Counselling, and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, with certifications in CBT, NLP, trauma-informed care, and expressive arts therapy.
I use a holistic, client-centered approach to help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, identity exploration, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy in a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space.
